Our leadership brings more than eight years of international sourcing, product development and project execution experience for Latin American retailers, wholesalers and brands.

Our founder is also an owner of a plastics-related manufacturing business. That direct manufacturing perspective gives GranCima a practical understanding of production realities, factory responsibility, cost structures and long-term supplier relationships.

Our team combines advanced Spanish-language skills with a real understanding of Latin American markets, business culture and communication. Colleagues from different countries and cultural backgrounds help us see every project from more than one perspective.

We are a young team, but not an inexperienced one. We bring energy, responsibility, honesty and ambition to the work — supported by practical experience in sourcing, manufacturing, export and cross-cultural business.
